Turbotax is excellent!

It's convenient. I use it for 25 years. It helps me with many aspects: answering questions, simplifying many complex issues, saving the history of my taxes, etc.

Not only did we enjoy 3 free years of tax return filings with TurboTax until this year, we found the app extremely user friendly and we're 70. The fees charged for additional help are nominal and e-filing so easy.

Could be more clear on direction

Easy enough to follow along. It was frustrating that at one point it kept telling me it needed more information to proceed. but wouldn't tell me what information was missing. It kept looping me back to the same page. Took a lot of my time to figure out how to move on, and I'm not quite sure even what it was I did to be able to.
