Good product but the upselling must STOP!

Good product, but the continued upselling of products is a real turn off. This was the first year, I refused the audit defense because it came with other things I did not want or need. Quite frustrating and I will look to other solutions in the future if this continues. It is also misleading in the way it forces you to find the No Thanks buttons or realize certain things are options.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments

initially, the changeover from last year was a real pain. After going back into the app a few days later, problems were resolved and the presentation of questions was very, very good.
