I have been using Turbo Tax to file our taxes for many years now. It has always been easy, and even with self employment, it has been easy. I have never had any issues with them.

Turbo Tax Ups and Downs

Bad:I had a hard time logging in this morning, It took me over an hour. You did not recognize some of my financial institutions: American Express National Bank and Truist Bank. However, it was easy for me to enter the income from these banks myself. I forgot to enter my wife's US interest in Vanguard dividends. I could not get back to the page where I could do this. However, I was able to make an entry for this on a Virginia page.

I have been using Turbo Tax for more than 10 years and although I struggle at times, the results allways turn out Great!!! Our Refund usually comes within two or three weeks.

Not happy using turbo tax software for the past two years. I wanted to file by e-filing but ended up sending by mail because after reviewing carefully the issues, still the software keeps on saying for review. It doesn't want to accept my corrections and so it cannot use e-filing. DISAPPOINTED
