Predatory upgrades

Prices are too high for simple tax returns. I shouldn't have to "upgrade" for 1-2 extra item lines. Your product offerings are predatory and the price provided for service is no longer a good value.

At first, e-filing did not work, then I tried again past couple of minutes, after that it went through. Not sure if something wrong in the system.

worse and worse every year

not fun, too vague and feels invasive. had much trouble due to overly simplified questions and totally crappy help box... all seems designed to "encourage" higher spend on additional Turbo Tax services... overall CRAPPY. been using Turbo Tax for years and seems like every year this gets worse... even trusted them with financial log in info and now regret it as they were not even able to help with that part...ugh!
