Aside from being forced to use a service (Fee-based tax service i.e. TurboTax) that only exist because of legalized bribery (Lobbying) the QR code to upload documents didn't work. It sent me to a page that said, "We're sorry we can't find the page you're looking for". System was also unable to upload and read my W2.

My rating is very good but I was not happy that I had one net loss of $24.97 and they made me pay for the $89.00 package. I would gladly have not added that loss and saved myself over $50. It does not seem right that there is no way to do that when the amount is so low.

everything was just smooth and helpful it felt like it walk me step by step and thing is i never file taxes om my own before so this help me a lot. thank you . you guys. i would also like to add that i was behide on may w2 so it help me with that as well. i feel so much better now that everything is caught up

love turbo tax, but they updated the system and it is a little clunkier than it used to be, but still love the ease to use and get taxes done, and price is great
