We had the pleasure of interacting with Kristi today, for case #1774486543250, and not only was she knowledgeable, but she was extremely helpful and pleasant. She was patient and did not rush our conversation and took great care to walk us through the issues we experienced. She is certainly a credit to your organization and should be commended for her professionalism, knowledge and outstanding personality.

I like how much effort Turbo Tax has put into making the tax process seem less intimidating. I appreciate the almost conversational nature to the questions being asked, and the way you keep track of my progress and send morale boosters throughout the process. I also appreciate all the pop-outs for definitions and ability to dig deeper into topics, especially some of the new tax changes each year. I know that when I file with Turbo Tax I can trust my tax return to be correct.

TurboTax is not user friendly at al! The number of interfaces and the amount of time and frustration that went into verifying my identity was unreal. I vowed then that I would never, EVER use TurboTax again!!

Interesting new Turbo Tax format.

This was different from last year's Turbo Tax. It was easier while sometimes being more difficult. I spent a lot of time (hours actually) gathering all the information for possibly being able to itemize. At the end, the standard deduction was the way to go. It was hard to see how many thousands of dollars I spent on medical - particular dental work and then I could not itemize.
