its easy as 1,2,3! The process is easy to follow and they save your info from the year before and transfer it over when you start a new one!

User Friendly. I paid extra for the additional help and got the highest amount in a long time. there's a method to all of the questions that being asked. be patient and go with the flow.

It wasn't easy finding the ESOP box and a $40 fee for processing the payment from my refund is just soulless
