Turbo Tax Personnel Are Awesome!

There were a few glitches in the system and at times it was difficult. The chatbot is pretty useless, but when I inquired about calling, I was given the option for a callback. This was fabulous and the folks were just wonderful. I did not have to pay for Turbo Tax due to my difficulties in using the program, but everything was fixed and worked fine in the end.

Been using the service for years now and its always streamline and hassle free. This if my first year filing a 1099 and was unsure how the process would go but TurboTax made it very straightforward and manageable!
