Frustrated with Additional Fees

Being forced to pay for premium is extremely frustrating. While this year I HAD to do so, this will be the last time I use TurboTax. Had to pay Federal, State AND a fee to TurboTax, why?!

Easy To use but pricey.

TurboTax has been my go to for the last 5 years now. Very easy to navigate and understand. I had to amend a return 1 year and even that was a simple process on this platform. I love that all my info is saved to access at any time and update in the next filing year. The options to use tax return for fees or get loans on return. However with all the bells and whistled TurboTax has also become one of the most expensive Filing tools as well. I've never had to use Audit support or anything so I hope you get what you pay for when it comes to those price tags.

Turbo Tax is Rip off

you don't list all add or additional fee's up front, so then when its to late at the end the consumer has no choice but continue with transaction. This Will be last year I use Turbo Tax!!!!
