OnLine version vs. Desktop version

This is the 1st time using Turbo Tax on-line. I have been using Turbo Tax Desktop forever. I would have loved to continue using the desktop version but I now have a Chromebook computer. The online version is ok, but the desktop version is outstanding! Too bad Turbo Tax does not do a desktop version for Chromebook.

Turbo Tax input a noncorrectible error

I've used TT for years and liked it. This year, after paying TT I go to file my taxes and am prevented doing so by a 1099 worksheet on which TT input the INCORRECT state for a financial instituion. It took two days and nearly three hours on the phone to correct the issue. I am livid.

Made it extremely easy to file my taxes. The process was actually shorter than the predicted time making things even easier. Made the options for refunds easy as well.
