Hidden costs!

They hide the final cost of their services till the end so you end up paying $100 more than you thought it was going to be. This happens to me every year and so this will be my last year with turbotax taking $200 of my return.

Turbo tax Rate high again

Last year I’ll ever use TurboTax. I’ve been a user for a decade and TurboTax does nothing for retention. The cost is almost what a professional charges so I might as well have a professional do it!

TurboTax Always Reliable

Have used TurboTax for years and have always found it to be helpful, accurate, fast and safe to do myself rather than pay an external firm to use a similar program and then charge and arm and a leg.
