Turbo tax needs improvement.

I don’t get a live expert with the Premium package. Just the inflexible robot. There are too many times when we get locked in to the screen without a way to get out if it. This happened twice. Also, we had a 1099misc that I must of started but stopped because it was the wrong one. Later when the reviews kept focusing on it, I could not delete it .so I just put zeros in it and kept on going. I think some customer input from common people might help make it a better product.
