It very clearly walks one through the process. It's cool that, at times, it questions one's input for clarification. I love using it, and I'm NOT a "mathematical" kinda guy. Jus' sayin'....

Reliable and convenient way to do taxes

I've used TurboTax for several years and can't complain. At times there are questions, but that is mainly the fault of the IRS. But it is the most convenient method of doing taxes I have found, and so far I've never had a problem.
