Year after Year TurbTax Never Disappoints

This is my 7th year with TurboTax and every year is always a fast good experience I know that as long as I’m using turbo tax, I can be confident in what my return is.

TurboTax is expensive

I've paid for Premier and had carryover loss from last year (used TurboTax last year as well). It didn't even automatically pick up the carryover. I had to manually find the carryover and enter the information.

Terrible and expensive

Before using Turboxtaxes services was great. But now, they up charge like crazy and is no longer free to file for both the federal and state taxes. Just for premium benefits and hidden fees came out to a total of whopping $172 USD! What type of scam is this? I understand you guys need to make money too, but taking that many fees is just ridiculous to the general tax paying U.S citizen. When taxes are already high to begin with. But after this year's filing, I will have to say bye to Turbo tax as it no longer appeals to my financial benefits. I will be going with another trustworthy and cheaper tax services from now on.
