Overall I'm satisfied with the product. My only issue this year was the downloaded 1099 R for an IRA withdrawal had to be manually edited. The amounts and boxes were correct, but the Payer address was different. Also the price seems quite high for the Premium product. I've been a customer for over 15 years. It would be nice to get a loyalty discount.

It is extremely messed up that you guys lobby the government to keep a monopoly on filing taxes and make it hard for everyone. The government already knows what I owe, yet you lobby to keep them from just billing me or sending the refund out already.
