Great online app

First time to use Turbo tax in many years. I tried the online app for the first time. It was very easy to use. I have used a tax accountant for the last two decades but the price for using was getting too high for my retirement budget when I wasn't owing any money. I will do it again next year!

The pushing of extra service has gotten extremely aggressive. I like being able to use my phone to file, but this was like moving through quicksand.

Easy, helpful and quick. Had a small error and IRS rejected initial form. TurboTax talked me through fixing it and getting it resubmitted. Much appreciated!
