We love TurboTax

The product is excellent, easy to follow. It’s very hard to make a mistake. It keeps coming back to review if something doesn’t look right. We did use a TurboTax live agent to address one question we had and she was very helpful and quickly guided us to the correct answer. We did not catch her name sorry to say.
