Bloated and expensive

Took twice as long as was needed. Too many pointless click-through steps. Does not transfer information from previous years the way it should.

I've used turbotax for years now and I have no issues. The amount of fees attached and the constant barrage to get me to upgrade is kind of annoying but we only see each other once a year so really it's not that bad. Other than that, you guys rock!
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Turbo is not for beginners

If a person does not have tax and financial experience, it is very difficult to use the do-it-yourself version.

works. we have been using it for years and it seems to do the job. we went with a person a few years ago and it cost more with no real value
