Turbo Tax has been really helpful with assisting me in doing my taxes for the first time on my own. Each step was easy to follow and helping me provide all documents needed for the max of a refund.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I had a baby

Turbotax is great for federal, not state

State (KS) return got stuck on Appraised property value....I tried entering several times, reentered state info and the review kept wanting me to correct appraised value. I could not e-file my state.
