Not very happy

To many additional charges and hidden fees, I wanted to used the standard service but turbo tax made me switch to premium which charged me three times the amount and with this economy every penny counts.

It was my first time using Turbo Tax and I found it to be easy to use. I did need assistance with one section and Tashana was a huge help. She was helpful and patience. I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone!

The pdf parsing for Apple Savings account with Goldman Sachs does not work. Everything else is decent. They made it pretty easy to file. Though they charge an arm and a leg for you to do it yourself, and they dont do local.

I've always used the Turbo Tax CD. A bit more awkward as I had to set up three accounts for 2 other people I do taxes for. But I guess that's the waive of the future
