Turbo tax worked fine

Finalizing my return took hours longer trying to verify if I'm a robot or not. Kept going over and over since I had problems getting into my email account.

Overall the online application/wizard is great but there are places where a better explanation of things would be more helpful/informative and when I tried using your help to find the info, half the time I didn't find answers to my questions.

EXTORTION. Absolutely shameful to force people to pay to file taxes and lobby to not have a service directly with the IRS its 2025 this is archaic
