I need more info

I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years and I thought this years version was hard to follow and that directions were not clear or vague on what to do. You can do better.

Improve instructions & electronic transfer

TT seemed more confusing this year. Questions that I haven’t been asked before. New format without explanation of how to use it. Too much review. Twice is enough. Too many pages devoted to selling product. I read description of what kind of return qualified for $0 charge (which I fit) but was still charged $99 plus state. technology is good but I do the work, just need to put in the numbers. When items were brought in electronically not all information transferred. Made it more difficult not less. Won’t use again if not improved.
