when you say it is free then it should be free not charge even when I have a regular w-2 i was charges so it is not free

Format seemed strange

I've been using TurboTax for years and always found it very easy and straight-forward. This year I used the on-line version and found it much more complicated. Maybe it was just my inability to move to something new, but it just seemed like i had to bounce all around to enter things or check my entries. I think I finally got there, and maybe next year will be easier. We'll see.
