Turbo Tax takes the pain out of filing taxes!

We have used Turbo Tax for many years and it has always been easy to use. I love how it takes you through your previous history, asks for changes and has an import feature to upload necessary documents. We have had a business on top of our personal taxes and every step of the way, scenarios are explained. We even have taken advantage of having a tax expert help us through some of the more difficult parts of our taxes. The advisors are knowledgeable and if they do not have the answer, they find them for you!

EASY TO USE, ALTHOUGH I RECOMMENED PUTTING BACK IN SHOWING THE TAX RETURN AS YOU GO ALONG FILLING OUT THE INFORMATION, THIS WAY AT LEAST YOU HAVE AN IDEA AS YOUR COMPLETING YOUR RETURN OF HOW MUCH YOU WILL BE RECEIVING. OTHER THAN THAT 1 MINOR THING, IT'S GREAT OVERALL ESPECIALLY THE FORMAT OF GOING BACK AND FORTH QUICKLY OR JUMPING TO CERTAIN AREAS YOU WANT TO RE-CHECK OR CHANGE.

I have used Turbo Tax every year and it is GREAT. I did need to reach out to support for an issue I was having with a 1099 R. I talked to Collin in Charlotte and he was absolutely the best. He walked me through what I needed to do so I could efile my return. While I had him on the phone, I started to fill out a great rating but when I hung up, it disappeared!!! Please give him my complements of a job well done and thanks to Turbo Tax for offering a superior product!!!!!
