The amount of times I'm asked to give my personal information, or to add another upgrade, or if I'M ABSOLUTELY SURE THAT I WANT TO ENTER IT MYSELF INSTEAD OF UPGRADING just makes me want to use a different service altogether. I understand having some of this here and there, but this is just ridiculous at this point. Next year I'll be looking for alternatives.

This is your BEST choice for tax filing

TurboTax has and will continue to be the only Tax advice and service that I use. I struggle with disability, and I don't have much support, but TurboTax has made filing taxes so easy. They explain and offer extra help in each step. The answers are always in-depth and easy to understand. The overall price is amazing, and there is always the option to continue to the next step without some of those extra benefits.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments

I have been using TurboTax for YEARS and I was worried about additional income from a 1099 this year rather than my usual W-2. TurboTax made looking for deductions & importing financial info so EASY. I would be lost without them
