Please continue to improve the crypto CSV upload

Great.
Easy to use in general but the crypto CSV file upload was not due to the format differences.
Please update the Kraken CSV reader to read the Kraken CSV format or contact Kraken and request a TurboTax CSV format to allow for simple download and upload to auto fill the trade information.
