Double Charge for 2024 Turbo Tax.

2024 turbo tax was okay. What was not okay was being told that my Mac OS version was not acceptable. when I tried to update it to an acceptable level on my MacBook, my MAC OS told me that I have the latest OS version. That meant that I either had to buy a new Mac to be able to run the latest Mac OS version or I could use the online version of Turbotax. this all happened after paying for and receiving the 2024 Turbo Tax software. When I filed the 2024 return online, I had to pay again. Not my best customer experience, Intuit. Why did you not warn customers beforehand to check their OS version?

An easy tax return.

For years we used an accountant to do our taxes when employed and self employed. Now retired we have the pleasure of doing them ourselves using Turbo Tax...Easy and done quickly.
