Very Expensive

TurboTax charged me 40.00 to pay out of my refund of 272.00 then another fee on top of that, to expensive find other ways to file your taxes.

I have used this for 6 years with ease. super easy to use and if you have questions there are pop up screens with generic questions and answers.

Turbo Tax is difficult to use

Turbo Tax is maneuver and cannot be done without live help. I had a difficult time even getting into the system. It didn't like my five digit code that I have always used. The person who helped me was great!
