I use Turbo Tax every year, probably one of the best tools to use for filing taxes, it's easy to use and accurate. The only downfall is the fees are more every year.

Problems with using Max Benefit

offering a product like Max Benefits at the start of the interaction with Turbo Tax is not a good idea. Once you have paid for the service as well as your tax preparation service, you only then are instructed to share all your personal information with an unknown company called CSIdentity Corp. You are informed that this service includes the representation should you be audited which you thought you were investing in with Intuit by using their Turbo Tax product. CSIdentity is NOT accredited with the BBB and all the information you ask us to approve your sharing with them is exactly what Intuit instructs us to never do unless we know the source asking for it. You create a real problem for any of us trying to be safe with our information,
