They're taking your 40 dollars one way or another.

The process of filing was simple enough and I got a fair return but when it came to checkout I was unable to use any payment method beyond their "take from my return" option! This forced me to pay them an additional $40 that I did not need to spend. Their chat function was a joke and kept advising options that weren't even available on the checkout screen. They are basically forcing an additional fee out of everyone! Not a fan of this money grubbing corporate nonsense.

It is criminal that i have to pay almost $300 for something that is constantly advertised as free. If all my info wasnt already saved in your system, i would have already used a different service.
