Turbotax is dishonest and sneaky

Dishonest and sneaky about how much the fee was. They didn't mention they would charge extra for the state, and it's absurd that to get your return back without a fee, you have to create a checking account with them.

NO Down Load Option of App

Since I am "old school" I want TurboTax on my laptop rather than within the web application and it did not seem to be an option this year to down load the product. I attempted several time to access TurboTax website with no success at finding download option
