Amy K, took her time with me. She guided me on where to go. She has excellent listening skills, and did not interrupt me. She got me the answers I needed on saving and printing my 2024 Federal and State Tax Returns. I can rest easy now. She reminded me by April 15 to pay the IRS and state tax office by credit card or by a check. I will always use TurboTax in the whole future.

Trying to use TurboTax was extremely frustrating.

There were many problems because we are US citizens but live in a foreign country (New Zealand). It has taken ten to twenty hours of our time to get to a final return. When we thought we had finished we found that our New Zealand address was incorrectly entered as a US address and it was impossible to take our New Zealand address from the US address line in the Federal Information Worksheet. Our mobile numbers have 11 digits and this is not acceptable as you want only 10 digit numbers.

I have used Turbo tax for 10 years now because it makes it easy for even the biggest dummy to use. Just answer the prompted questions honestly and TurboTax provides it all with how-to's with every click. It's 100% accurate and you can't mess up.
