I've been with TurboTax for many years. In fact, I left for about 8 years once, and returned last year. I was going to a 'Professional Preparer' that I was paying nearly 4 times as much in taxes owed than I am now, or ever have with TurboTax. I know how much trust taxpayers put into these digital tools, but all the years I was with TurboTax (and it was decades) I've never had a problem following this tool, and every year it gets even easier.

More Granularity

could use more granularity pointing out what is wrong with the return during review when finished. that actually took the most time. must tell customer what to change, how to change and where to find that information. otherwise pretty straight forward and will probably use again next year. Thanks!

Stop Trying to Upsell Me

The product itself is easy to use but every time you log out or pause, it forces you to go through multiple upgrade screens just to get back where you left off, which is annoying.
