I’ve been using turbo tax since 2018. It’s very simple and thorough. If you are new to TurboTax or someone looking for a simple, easy to use platform, I would 10/10 recommend TurboTax. It also doesn’t break the bank.

Great system. Live help is variable

I had 2 questions related to deductions. The first representative that helped me was very knowledgeable and provided the information I needed quickly. The second representative did not understand the calculation that the TurboTax software was running and was not helpful.
