Turbo Tax will guide you step by step through your tax returns. I have rental property as well as primary home and I use this program every year! It's much easier than going to your local tax preparers office.

I started using turbo tax about 3 years ago and I can tell a major difference in their software verses the other software that I have used. I will definitely recommend this to anyone.
