I've used turbo for years now the only thing I wish was a little different is that we could speak with a live agent instead of getting help from an AI without the extra fee for just simple questions. I did use the live expert package one year but I really only had one question but they were very helpful and kind also offering to help me with any other issues I may have had. They were very professional also very polite.I would recommend using the live expert if this is your first time using turbo tax just to help understand everything a little better even though it is a really simple system to operate. I've never had issues with the system at all just general question about a question during the filing process. I was just suggesting that just in case so you feel more comfortable during your first time filing. Generally overall I do recommend using the Turbo Tax site they're way cheaper than lots of other tax companies and they honestly always help me get more back than other companies do at a much cheaper cost! It's definitely worth a try to at least compare to other tax providers I don't think you will be disappointed at all! Give it a try no harm in trying and like I said they have a version where you can chat with someone to help with any issues or even have them prepare your taxes for you. You can chat with your live rep or video chat with the reps anytime at any time with a warm and pleasant personality.

BIG step down from prior years.

After using TT very happily for over 30 years, I was disappointed with the new "on-line" version. Every other year TT imports all the info from my prior year return so I didn't have to re-enter the info. TT on-line did not have this option and didn't seem to know anything about last year. Very frustrating. TT on-line did not ask for AGI for spouse for spouse joint return which caused the e-file to be rejected. TT review did NOT catch this simple omission. What's up with that? Based on my previous 30+ years experience with TT, I felt this years TT experience was a BIG step down. Also didn't like them asking to use my info to flood me with marketing text and emails.

Consistent, Clear, and Just What I Need
