Still confusing and expensive

It is great to have a guided & trusted method for doing taxes since we have to do them ourselves in the US - but it is still overly complicated, insanely expensive, and confusing. I never feel confident about it.

Known problem should have been fixed

A known problem since at least 2021: You cannot enter more than 5 mortgage statements or you get an error and you go around and around and around. Turbo Tax does not let you know - they just give you a nonsensical error message. Finally combined all of my Disney statements as one and it worked. Cost me an hour. OR I could have paid to talk to a person to tell me. Very disappointed.

Turbo Tax works but is a lot of trouble.

Basic process worked OK. Mostly because I have done this for years. Way too many screens trying to sell something etra. Very intrusive. Once I say no they should disappeear. Final review was nightmare. Reported 6 problems. Not one was an actual problem. Took 2 hours to find ways to get around the system.
