not free for US Service members

As a US service member, it is support to be free to file as advertised if you are e1-e9 but I am still forced to pay to file. This is a nice software to assist soldiers over seas so we can file for are families in times of hardship. But this hardship is not made easer if we are lied to by company that are supposed to help us.
