timeout/relogging in was really painful

Love Turbo tax

Love Turbo Tax, been using it for years. Recommend it to everyone. It’s easy and quick and they walk you through everything. If some thing is wrong they let you know quickly so you can fix it.

I got half-way through filing and you made me upgrade to deluxe, then I got all the way through filing and you made me upgrade to Premium. I understand this is your business model, but it's such a shady practice. From my perspective, I received no better service from free to deluxe to premium, I just had to pay turbo tax $120 because there was some extra form that wasn't covered under free or deluxe
