I love the ease of use.

I love the simplicity and ease of use to file your own taxes. Any questions are answered right on the site and now has the ability to scan with your phone to upload your documents. You just can't get more convenient than that.

Easy to use, but price too high in some cases.

Turbo Tax is pretty easy to use. Not a fan of paying so much to do my taxes. It cost me about $135 this year to do them myself. Local tax preparer would have charged $150 to do ours. Next year we'll probably use them, $15/$20 more to have someone else do them. If your a single person, or married couple with just W/2s to file, 30 to 45 minutes and done. Would recommend highly to those users.
