In have been using TurboTax to file my taxes for years, business and personal, and it has been a great experience. The process is easy, smooth, thorough and they have explanations to jargon that may not be readily understood by a non-tax person. I highly recommend!

Just OK. Confusing at times and soooooo many items to check that are irrelevant to me and filing takes 10 minutes to go over things already covered.

I used TurboTax in the past when I was employed several years ago. I found it very easy to use. The few times I had issues, TurboTax agents were great at guiding me through every step. TurboTax is outstanding!
