We use it every year and have had only one issue. After doing our 2022 taxes and e-filing, we didn't get our refund for 6 months. We never found out why, just that it was delayed due to conflicting information. I've done our taxes for years and check, check, and double check. It's a mystery..... Still love Turbo Tax!
