Too many hidden fees

Love the ease and convenience of using them year after year. But I am not thrilled with hidden fees and failure to disclose when you are adding something that incurs another fee. Pricing should be transparent and up front. Also, a $40 "processing fee" for subtracting your payment from your refund is atrocious. Their customer support number is no help. Very difficult to understand, much background noise or interference and one was very rude and hung up on me!

Easy Peasy Taxes So Breezy!

I have used TurboTax Premimum for many years and have always had a pain and hassle free experience. The Its Deductible app is a great help when tracking my deductions. I would highly recommend Turbo Tax.
