Overall, TurboTax is a better than average product. I really like the question-based format. What I didn't care for was--throughout the many checks and rechecks to make sure I hadn't made a mistake or forgotten to document something, I was allowed to submit my 2024 tax return via e-file when, in fact, I hadn't included my PI PIN to my tax return. I got an immediate notice that my return had been rejected (which was great) but it took me a lot of time to find the number and revise my first submission. If you could add that check to the process, it would prevent having to re-submit. Otherwise, PRETTY DARN USER FRIENDLY.

Takes a tedious, impenetrable, hateable process and makes it quick(ish) and easy to follow along. I don't know what I'd do without it.

Very easy to use, quick, and love how information is stored. However, I deducted one star because it gets more and more expensive each year. There is no incentive to come back and I have been loyal to turbotax for years now. I wish they gave repeat customers a service code to use each year.
