turbo tax difficult

I found the entire process very difficult very difficult and confusing. It keep trying to get me to pay for services I did not want. It keep asking the same questions over and over. I though the purpose was to keep ny info on file and just plug in the new numbers and it was very difficult to do that.

Will get your taxes filed but not for free if you have anything more than just a basic W2. Will constantly bug you to upgrade.
