TurboTax is great, but has flaws.

It can be tricky to use, especially with all the hidden documents. It would be beneficial to be able to see the breakdown of how much of a refund you would have received with each added credit or deduction.

Don't use your refund to pay for the service

I thought it was very easy to use but I didn't appreciate the lack of transparency in the cost of using your refund to pay for the service. If I had known there was a charge for this, I would have used my card.
