TurboTax’s exorbitant fees are an affront to taxpayers. The government already possesses our financial data—filing should be seamless and free. Instead, this predatory software exploits systemic inefficiencies, forcing users to pay for what should be a fundamental right. It’s a calculated grift, siphoning money from those it claims to assist.
