TurboTax is the best!!!

Turbo tax is very user friendly! I use TurboTax all the time and I would refer this service to anyone who wants to file their taxes efficiently and fast!

Easy to use and painless tax filing

I have been using TurboTax for the last 8 years and just love how simple and easy they make the process. Once I have all of my documents it only take a couple hours to finish everything online. They find all of unique situations that might occur and ensure we don't miss anything!!!! Love this software

Good product with one glaring omission

The interface and content are easy to use and understand. Be careful if you upload PDFs of your tax documents. It misread one of my documents and autofilled incorrect information, so now I just input everything manually to be safe.
My main issue with the product is when e-filing, at no point are you prompted to enter your IP PIN from the IRS. So when I submit, I get an email saying my submission was rejected. Then at that point I have to log back on and enter your PIN, click through a bunch of stuff that I've already reviewed, then resubmit.
