STILL PROBLEMS

Turbotax program incorrectly said I owed IRS last year's taxes. I called IRS-big pain of course to find out I owed nothing. Could not complete taxes. Premium tried to convince me I had to pay for MAX to talk to anyone about Turbotaxes errror !!! Finally found a way to contact for help and the turbotax person fixed the problem. Easily added over an hour to my tax preparation.

TurboTax was very user friendly. I was impressed with the ease of doing my taxes without any errors. Importing my info saved me lots of time and reduced manual entry.
