I love that all of my questions were answered by simply clicking on a little questions mark icon! Every time I wondered "what does that mean?" or "does that apply to me?", I could click on a link and the answer was right there, in detail, on the right side of my screen. This was so helpful and made me feel more confident about filing my own taxes.

State from stinks

The State portion was awful continuous error messages. I ended up having to print it out and review before mailing. Thank goodness this is the last year I need to file in NH
